The Company is engaged in the acquisition, development and production of crude oil and natural gas in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and in the Eagle Ford in the United States. Its crude oil and natural gas operations are organized into three main operating areas: Light Oil USA (Eagle Ford), Light Oil Canada (Pembina Duvernay / Viking) and Heavy Oil Canada (Peace River / Peavine / Lloydminster). Its Eagle Ford assets are located in the core of the liquids-rich Eagle Ford shale in South Texas. The Eagle Ford shale covers approximately 269,000 gross acres of crude oil operations. RE:RE:Jun 8th daily updateSorry dll I missed this question. While max was a bit harsh I wil say Baytex revenue is based on actual sales information.

We use the spot, strip, front rate to guide "expectation" 

For instance the Q1 spot was $95.25 so far the Q2 spot is $107.24....so this gives you guidance as to how (based on production) AFF will trend. i.e. spot is +12.5% above Q1 spot

Sometimes futures trend different than spot but again BTE books on actuals.

For instance Q2 Futures (past history) closed at $105.39...so the Spot for Q2 is higher right now.

Again just data points for guidance.
