I am sure the OTC is no different than TSX venture or any other, where an order to sell an odd number of shares spilled over to the following day.

I have previously sold, say 10112 shares of something only to see 10050 filled. The remaining 62 shares got sold the next day.

So I do not think any person actually sold 6 shares, likely paying $5-$10 in commissions ect. Probably a spillover from previous day sale.
