Lanesborough Real Estate Investment Trust is a Canada-based real estate investment trust. The investment properties of the Company are separated into three operating segments: Fort McMurray Properties, Other Investment Properties, and Held for Sale and/or Sold Properties. Fort McMurray Properties includes eight properties. Other Investment Properties include two properties. Held for Sale and/or Sold Properties includes sold properties: five properties. The property portfolio of the Company consists of approximately 11 rental properties, encompassing 10 multi-unit residential properties, including the unsold condominium units at Lakewood Townhome.

RE:RE:Vote against reverse split and managementAgreed. We must push back against this consolidation as at 500:1, we will likely get nothing from our investment. I wonder if we could also push a motion to see the results of the previous debenture vote, as they never revealed the actual results after multiple failed attempts. I still can't believe that ended up passing as we went from secured debt to this POS.

Interesting about the board seat. I would certainly consider running or putting my name forward as a means of being a larger shareholder and representing unitholder interests.

I know there are some other larger holders here. If we all stick together and vote against this consolidation, we might be able to advocate and push for equity interests here
