RE:RE:Bueller? Bueller?

RE:RE:Bueller? Bueller?Yup, using other people's money to get the plant just where they want it to be before bankruptcy. Then they buy it for pennies on the dollar and three crooks are in business! Been playing out just like I said it would 3-4 years ago!

Who knows what the future holds? Those who know, know, and if you know, you know, ya know?

In the MD&A there was a few noteworthy comments, and the recent monthly update had a few interesting points..

Reformulating to reduce complexity in production of infused and non infused beverages in the US and Canada. Expansion to Nevada Q3.

Completing installation and commissioning of additional bottling functionalities against new revenue in the Long Beach facility that includes the expansion of the bottling formats, canning, tunnel pasteurization, and the expansion of the mini line capability.

Highlighted in yellow suggests the company is taking revenues generated and putting it back into the business allowing Tinley to offer new co-packing services.

The Company applied to register "Tinley's Beverages Company" as a "dba" designation for Lakewood in May 2022.

"DBA stands for “doing business as,” and it’s something you might consider for your business if you prefer not to use your real name or registered business name. Most states require you to register a DBA, and the process is fairly simple."
