Not in the last 3 quarters after pou has consistently shown the costs are under control. The problem with charts and technical analysis is that it looks in the rear view mirror. I've made a killing by understanding what is going to come in the next 3-9 months. Don't care about the past. 

Going into q3, you are net debt free; increase in regular and/or special dividends etc. Who in their right mind is going to sell this now? If it gets back to $34.99, I'm not holding back any dry  powder to jump on this stock.
