i.e. looking @ their portfolios ( they doo hav a smelter that makes money).. Solway comes in and reduces mine staff and cuts production and runs the operation as a fractional of the original mine output..

we may B looking at a production cutt where solway brings in their mechanical group from the dakotas to seal and deal w a partial closure of NCI.  tis this is the last letter of the last word in that Foirward Statemnt..  they were clear dilution was not an option - finance probably a nix and an accordian feature whence spent..  shuts the mine until a suitable price can be arranged..

had this activity occured bak in 2003 we would hav gone thru a hostile - wehere ll of the interested parties over paid for mine property here in nevada...
