Well, if this aquisition had a ton of revenue like you want the company wouldn't go for $10 million, DM would have to pay significantly more. Many of you seem to think DM is going to swoop in and buy a company for $10 million that makes $30 million in revenue! lol This company is debt free, which is significant, but then I've come to expect that many of you don't read past the first few lines of a news release.
You have to spend money to make money and clearly DM has a plan and understanding where this is all going. Instead of just providing the software technology and analytics, they are looking to take a bigger piece of the pie. As we are not privy to all the insider information, it may be hard to connect all the dots to the bigger plan and that's fair. However, it's interesting to hear people fully admit they don't understand the deal, but then proceed to bash it and provide their two cents out of complete ignorance. If you don't get it and you admit it, then that should be the end of your conversation.
EV is a new technology that is expanding very rapidly and with DM's analytics they can push it even further. The lack of vision by many of the investors here continue to astonish me, yet you have invested in a company that accelerates the technology and vision of companies. It's what they do. MediCall just started up and it is already bringing in revenue and has a low overhead and yet all the whining and complaining we heard about it was endless.
Give these ventures a chance before judging. I assume the reason many people have invested in this company is because the possibilities and potential is huge! We know DM has a close working connection to Samsung and S. Korea and we now there are massive amounts of money being invested in the EV space and large EV plants being planned. Remember, Marshall mentioned in the discord that the EV space has a Global reach.
