EV Connect Solutions? First I want to congratulate DM management team and board for moving as they predicted to the EV vertical. But there is a but! We need more transparency as investors.
DM paid 10 M$ for what exactly?
As investor I want to see numbers.
1-Do they have products of their own or only the EVar exclusivity for Canada;
2-Do they actually generate revenues?
3-what is their anticipated contribution to DM financials in the short term and in the longer term?
4-the Website is a fresh release like those of Medi-Call at the beginning. So I feel we never had clear information on what we paid for with Medi-Call. I also have the feeling everything had to be developped and I am still wondering what was paid 12M$ exactly. As of todays PR on Connect, I am nervous as I can not find more info. To me it looks the same pattern.
I urge DM team to provide us with more information on what was paid for in Connect transaction and, what is the strategy to make it 2+2 = 5.
I really like the idea to be in the EV market but, what are they planning to do with the Evar Canadian exclusivity and, with the rest of business if there is something else?
