@Tradeahead @MiniMax You think as a little guy, and for once, that is fine with me. In the real world however, if management gets out of line with shareholders interests, shareholders agree to do something about it. It takes some phone calls to establish consensus between some shareholders, and then a friendly call to the CEO. The CEO is then the yes man, he say "yes".... or the CEO finds himself unemployed shortly thereafter. That is how the world works.
@Tradeahead @Stocksluice Just for your information: There is a certain level somewhere, I do not know exactly where, where I would make a couple of phone calls, and we would buy all outstanding equity in NVO, just like that, and take it private. It is not my intention. But my point being: The SP does not determine what will happen going forward: The companys fundamentals does.
