This was spun out in 2018, we and the brand new 1 month old toy we bought today is a partner with evar.....seems to me we could have skipped buying the toy and just stayed as their partner.....it really has a stink to it......the tech is DM's so no need for a middle entity.....someone convince me we needed to dilute 66 million shares when it's our TECH used in the EVAR product.
