SwindledA good old fashioned swindling is what this is. The lower NUMI share price is, the lower this transaction deal becomes. Nice manipulation of share price since April 12 announcement for $26.2 mil or $0.44/share to become a $24 mil deal at about $0.31 is where this will close tomorrow.

appx 78mil NM shares at $0.30 todays price = $23.5mil

NUMI share price $0.37 x .84 = $0.31 NM share

April 12 closing price NUMI $0.48  NM $0.355
