Oh My!

Oh My!Can someone explain to me what is going on with the SP and volume.  its like they have something with the FDA for approval or something that is getting the go ahead, but just not sure.  Anyone have any insight here?  I just don't get it!  I've blocked all the pumpers here and expected this to go to $0.10 based on the comments of those that i haven't blocked.
