Ugly out thereVery ugly. 8.6% in inflation number. More money for food and gasoline. Inventories at Target for goods are building. Likely evn Amazon will have stuff sitting longer on teri shelves. Pressure on housing building with 30 year mortage about to cross 6% and cost pressures on materials and wages for new construction.
Meanwhile we are coming up on yet another dead line. June 14 or June 15 for first gas at Coho is just so damn precise. Soon it will be end of June or slip into July. That naturally raises fears of major Cacsdura delays. Something has to happen, doesn't it? Some things seem relatively simple: 1. First gas ribbon cutting ceremony at Coho, 2. Rapid announcement of the price NGC is paying for the Coho pipeline, 3. APPROVAL of the Cascadura EIA and final approval of the Cascadura development paln. 4. . Announcing spud date for first Coora well which will get Star valley back in action and will kick of the continuous drilling program. 6. Giving the exact sequence for the first 3-5 wells of the continuous drillign program.
It does not have to be this hard. Does it?
