2. outsource your sales department to the U.S.
I have to be honest.. Canadians are great at development.. innovation.. but you guys can't sell fire to an Eskimo..

This is weapons detection (how in the world is a corporate stiff going to know how to relate to people who have to worry about these things) wouldn't a cop or a security expert such as ex special forces be a better choice??
3. Find a U.S. based CEO, development is over ... the product is finished and it's actually better than the competition.. but your not selling?? Hire a natural salesman.. the product is sound but you need a specific skill set of street savvy to sell.
