Owner of an Uncle Sams franchise in WInnipeg is taking Wissam Annan, Delta 9, Uncle Sams cannabis to court and is seeking damages.

What could be the damages?  Maybe his pissed that Delta 9 didnt pick up his franchise in Winnipeg, he invests in a franchise only to be find out later the he is not part of the group he invested in?
Not sure why the court case or if it has merit.  We'll soon find out.  Maybe he didnt want to sell to D9 and now he does but D9 doesnt need the Winnipeg Uncle Sams. Who knows!
