Excerpt from Stockwatch Gold-Today

Heye Daun and Alan Friedman's Osino Resources Corp. (OSI) jumped 10 cents to $1.17 on 171,000 shares. The company has drilled a 40-metre interval averaging 1.66 grams of gold per tonne at Twin Hills West, a target on its Twin Hills project in Namibia. The company has several other encouraging assays from the infill and expansion drill program in the area, including a five-metre hit that returned 10.11 grams per tonne and a 13-metre interval averaging 3.41 grams per tonne.

Mr. Daun, CEO, and Mr. Friedman, chairman, left the obligatory applause to Dave Underwood, their vice-president of exploration. He cheers that the resource conversion drill program at Twin Hills West "continues to produce very promising assay results." He was particularly enthused with the rich five-metre encounter, as well as another hit that yielded 7.94 grams per tonne over seven metres.

Those two results, from what Mr. Underwood deems to be a "very high-grade shoot," bode well for the next resource update in terms of grade and tonnage. Further, he says, there is "plenty of scope for new discoveries in the area," which will be targeted in a drill program once the company's prefeasibility study has been published in a few months.

Mr. Daun and his crew last updated the Twin Hills resource in March, calculating 65 million tonnes indicated at one gram of gold per tonne and another 20.7 million tonnes inferred at 0.93 gram per tonne, a total of 2.72 million ounces of gold. Given the modest grades and the lengthy new high-grade hits, Mr. Underwood's enthusiasm seems warranted.
