Sirona Biochem Corp. is a cosmetic ingredient and drug discovery company with a proprietary technology platform developed at its laboratory facility in France with a specialization in the stabilization of carbohydrate molecules. GlycoProteMim is a novel anti-aging compound. GlycoProteMim is based on the naturally occurring glycoproteins found in Antarctic fish, known to protect them against environmental stressors. It is focused on three current antiviral categories: Neuraminidase Inhibitors, Nucleoside Analogs and Iminosugars. Its wholly owned subsidiary is TFChem S.A.R.L.

Not so sure that you have the capacity to understand, or the willingness, but the timing for the next potential deal of anti-aging is not relevant if the company would be aquired at this stage.

Why? Because then it won't be another deal since the buyer owns the aquired company!

I just say that I want to be paid according to the mid term potential in a buyout.

While we're on the topic - I know for a fact that if not aquired, the goal of the management is to list this company on NASDAQ which has a minimum share price of 5 USD and translates to 6.4 CAD.
