How much is a financing priced into Xebec

How much is a financing priced into Xebec
At this point, Xebec doing a financing is a foregone conclusion. I'm sure within the next 6 weeks, we'll hear an announcement on that front. The CFO said that Xebec would do a financing, so I am taking his word for it. How much further will Xebec fall in price when that announcement is made, or do you think it is already priced in? I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts.
