Understandably afraid to look shareholders in the eye

Understandably afraid to look shareholders in the eyeJust got my invitation to attend the virtual annual meeting on 06/27 at 11 am EDT.

Why virtual? Other public companies have deemed there's limited risk and huge upside to once again  convening shareholders in person.

So, why virtual?

I'm guessing that in spite of all the happy talk and reassurances, Ian, Ed, and the board are too chickensh*t to face their disappointed and upset investors in person.

Or perhaps Ian's stretched to the limit and can't afford to pay for the tuna-salad sandwiches at noontime.

Or both things.
