I agree with you Gann......Also remember that the $143M contracts are not yet counted in the quarterly results. When they are, it should help if management ends up improving their margins.
 
One of the reasons I believe that explain why Xebec's share price has fallen more than others is the negative sentiment of analysts towards this stock which they over-targeted at $17 at first and finally targeted it too low after out of frustration and disappointment...

the market is not always rational, often emotions influence the share price.
