RE:RE:RE:Merger with Abcourt mines(ABI.v) Bon pour toi et tes actions dans PRO car Abcourt a beaucoup a offrir.
Pour une echange de 18% d'Abcourt .
L'usine de traitement de Geant Dormant  vaut plus que le MCAP d'Abcourt et
SG est pres de produire a 20k oz par annee.

Juste le site de Barvue (zn,ar) a plus de valeur que le MCAP aussi.

Il semble pour l'instant que ce sera les actionnaires actuel  d'Abcourt qui ont le plus a perdre.
Et cela sans droit de vote sur la fusion.
