The Gemini Lithium Project (Gemini) consists of 353 unpatented lode and placer claims totaling 7,060 acres and located in the Lida Valley approximately 10 kilometers east of the town of Lida, Nevada. The Company's Jackson Wash Lithium Project consists of over 49 unpatented placer claims totaling approximately 397 hectares and is located in the Lida Valley on the east side of the Montezuma Range. It has the right to earn a 100% interest in the Coronado Copper Project, located approximately 48 kilometers southeast of Winnemucca, Nevada.
