RE:RE:RE:Oftentimes valuations don't make sense, take advantage of itBashers cherrypick data because they have a purpose to do so. They're either shorting it, bashing it to try to buy in at a lower price even though internet message boards have zero effect on the share price, or they're former disgruntled shareholders who bought high and sold low and are bitter at their mistake, look no further than lupuslupus as an example of that.

since then xbc has distinguished itself from the rest by proving incompetence, bad management, and lack of a financially viable plan going forward, they have yet to prove they can make money on an ongoing basis on pretty much any of the projects and I don't see anything that confirms to me that this will change in the near to mid term future.  xbc could trade .5 x sales and still not be worth what it is today if they can't fix it. this mgmt team is too inexperienced to properly deal with the jigsaw puzzle Kurt has left them with.

imho they are simply too small and have way too many moving parts (subsiduaries etc.) and are spread all over the map. they are in desperate need of a fixer who will streamline this company and dispose of a lot of the companies they've purchased. I think they will will have problems raising cash (jmho). in this market smallcaps not making money will find themselves in dire situations going forward for at least the next year or so.

the money tightening and probable coming recession couldn't have come at a worse time for companies in situations such as xbc is in.

cheers ferret
