Anybody home? Howard?The only reason to halt the website for such long period of time seems to send a blink to the market in order to give the share price a jump start, which went pretty well.

But why not disclose deal details? Makes no sense. It's impossible for the market to calculate fair value. Hence the lame share price gain.
