The Cash maybe $ 400 million BUT they owe $ 450 million in Long term debt and liability and they KEEP losing cash with less revenue. Can you jot see CCAA Titanic because the market does. That last bought deal was a gift to the shorters who had to cover with shares sold at higher prices.
