Show a bit of enthusiasm instead of being so 'matter of fact'.
As we know also...leaving out the numbers is a killer for any chance of an immediate huge rise in the share price. Maybe more news that is expected to come soon will change that.
With this kind of news today, we should be flying high, and not feeling so disappointed.
I can certainly agree with that. With such a big name corporation being in the deal it should have warranted a "halt" followed by a very uplifting, positive news release. Instead, they do a Monday morning premarket news release on what turns out to be one of the worst trading days of the year. Doesn't seem as though it was well thought out, but who am I to judge.
