RE:Why no numbers?

RE:Why no numbers?Co. could have argued that the upfront payment will be revealed in Sirona's next fins filed end of September so why not disclose now but CEO is chickenshit.

"Where are the figures? We want to first address the most important question that is on everyone’s mind following the release. Why were there no numbers announced? Why didn’t the two companies disclose the value of the upfront and royalty payments? The answer is really simple. AbbVie did not want its competitors to know that they were up to something big. AbbVie didn’t want to reveal just how much money and effort they were putting into this project. It has to be noted that AbbVie didn’t just close this deal to create a single product. The company is trying to take a strong position in the $8 billion skin-lightening market and TFC-1067 is how it is going to achieve that goal."

Which is exactly what I posted. While it remains a very weak argument, as Abbvie has TFC-1067 locked up, it is what it is. So we may as well quit whining about it.

The bottom line is that we are in an infinitely better position than we were last week, and anyone who continues to try to put doubt in people's minds is obviously not a shareholder. So you have to ask yourself, why are they here?
