The Ottawa Trillium hearings pointing to Alstom train issues when they inaugurated before the tests were completed. The City pressured to open early and we accepted.The problems are all resolved now and the trains are running smoothly.

This does not affect in any way our 170m claim against the City for the sinkhole (huge voids under pavement) which resulted in the pavement completely collapsing.

We are fully insured by many layers of insurance should we be pointed in any way. BTW we received 40m from our insurers for the sinkhole.
