Again you post misleading information. The property for sale is not in the City and is unincorporated farm land, that will remain farmland. In fact, the land is related to the water district guy who asked the City in a formal letter to push Kern County to re-zone this property to residential as the City and County have an agreement that all County land within one mile from the City boundaries require City approval to rezone. The City said no, and the land will remain agricultural and with no water access as the owner has no water rights and the County is not providing water. So your attempt to discredit value falls flat on its face.
