False Stock Infomration?

False Stock Infomration? So we purchased shares with expectations that we would be part of the Operations at Solargram.  This was all over the marketing material and mentioned on more then one news briefing. Yet here we are sitting at a 2 cent stock.

How can this legally happen? How is this not False infomoration?  How can you be presented with material on what you are investing in, and then years later find out that your shares have no direct relation to the solargram operation?

Solargram has sold all their previous product, and are currently in the process of planting a new crop for 2022.  Where did the Money go from the crop sales? Where is the new crop money going to go?

How are their no lawsuits on this false information?

**Captiva Verde Land Corp. (the “Company”) (CSE: PWR), is extremely pleased to announce
that its 100% wholly owned subsidiary, Solargram Farms Corporation (“Solargram”), a Canadian
controlled private corporation, having corporate offices in Moncton, NB has now reached a major
milestone having completed final installation of its New Brunswick 5.6 million square feet grow
infrastructure build out located in Renaud Mills, New Brunswick.***

***Captiva Verde is a financially debt-free company that has obtained, built and developed extensive infrastructure assets, together with an experienced operational team. Solargram successfully runs andoperates its large scale cannabis outdoor grow farm at a planned budgeted ultra-low sub $0.25production grow cost per gram. This competitive advantage will allow ourcompany to become a leader in this market.
We wish to thank all of our loyal stakeholders that have continued to support our vision while
understanding our mission to create a unique Canadian Licensed Producer cannabis market leader thatwill show and demonstrate the business model required to produce sustainable positive annual cashflow profits, while providing enhanced returns for our shareholders."****
