RE:Venowave From the video with Rob there is a clearer picture of forecasting and expectations for Venowave.
* target of 10,000 units a month and DME Authority believes they can do better
* meeting with DME Authority next week to carry out some forecasting
It will be interesting to get finacials on this which should be straight forward as this is a sell to distributor arrangement. Venowave used to sell for $499 US so is a minimum of $100/device above manufacturing costs a reasonable expectation? The next set of financials could include both manufacturing costs and revenue from sales to DME Authority.
$12 million to $20 million annually???

The following video provides an indication of the work that went into and the significant potential expressed in its indications as a therapeutic tool. There were scientific papers written at the time that represent the scrutiny that went into its efficacy as a therapeutic tool post surgery and for DVT prevention.

- Sale price - $500,000 with a minimum of 10% payable in cash and the balance in shares of Therma Bright Inc.
- Products include Benepod® for chronic pain, ICEOtherm® for minor aches and pain in the hands, elbows and feet, and Venowave® to increase circulation.
The original device was plagued with quality control issues and I expect that John Saringer didn't have the connections or pockets deep enough to change this reality. After all he was an inventor, not a business man.
If it is demonstrated that Rob can turn this $500,000 purchase into something amounting to
$10 million + annually the positive returns for longterm investors could be extraordinary. While it may currently be a BIG if, he would then have the capital to modify the AcuVid technology to test for multiple diseases and infections.
GLTE!!!
