How will UEX conftinue to trade till the deal is closed?

How will UEX conftinue to trade till the deal is closed?   My thought is it will track UEC loosing or gaining roughly the same percentage that UEC trades at??? 

   Unless, Rio Tinto, Orano, Camaco, DNN or someone else puts in a competing bid UEX will just track UEC..

Any thoughts??
