That is the ratio 0.0831 is equivalent to 43 cents a share ( UEX total shares is over 544 million) Yes! we know they are not giving us cash at 43 cents for all our UEX share, but that 0.0831 for evey UEX share work out to 43 cents a share. They are just paying $243.3 million for all our shares  in relative to 0.0831

That June 10 low they are talking about

Was when inflation fears took the stock to 23 cents a share, and a 50% premium would take it to 43 cents a share which = or is equivalent to 0.0831

That is why some of us think 43 cents or 0.0831 per UEX share is too cheap

Sprott target was over $1+ a share

Bloomberg target is 60 cents a share

Red Cloud target is also 60 cents a share

And UEX 52 week high is 60 cents a share

Everything about this deal is good except this low 0.0831 = 43 cents a share need to be much higher.

That is exactly what it is,  different human brain perceive the same facts different, thats human nature.
