The Company holds a 90% interest in two mining leases north of the town of Skead within the city of Greater Sudbury in Ontario. The two mining leases cover an area of approximately 129.99 hectares.

Stupid, maybe this was Osisko's and Wexfords plan all along since the merger. Go thru 4 different management teams...drive the share price down 75%, dilute all the long term shareholders 300%, then come in and pick it up for nothing.

meanwhile you and Iluv were cheering them on the whole time. LOL.
