RE:RE:Shorts, you won Yup Ol Griz
And the reason for my more outspoken voice and opinion of late. Makes no sense we continue to fall in share price when the fundamentals look like the company is improving and the balance of the LSTK contracts look like the costs to complete are immaterial or already accounted for on the financials or several public disclosures by Ian already.
I have analyzed this to death and the only logical decision (outside of an overall market decline) is that MM's are at play here to frustrate the hell out of investors, get them to sell, then announce the sale of the company at dirt cheap prices. No idea where we go from here but my guess is the dirt bags (Ian and the board and maybe large institutional investors here) are not helping matters by sitting on their fat asses and staying silent and not making much of a shareholder confidence vote speech. My guess is this all an orchestrated sell of the company. Either that or the large shareholders invested here are complete morons for accepting losses and not doing anything to rattle the cage here and initiating changes be made.
If that is the case and a sale is imminent then you can forget about a $50 share price. Be lucky if we hit $40 but probably closer to between $30 to $35 tops. If so then I will take what I can get then move on. Will go ultra conservative in my next round of investing (cash, money markets or GIC's). It is hard enough to pick winning stocks these days but when you have to deal with incompetent CEO's or corrupt boards or insiders then you aren't going to win much these days. Suddenly dull and boring GIC's look pretty darn good across all asset classes.
