RE:RE:RE:RE:Merger with Abcourt mines(ABI.v) I everyone. I am a shareholder of PRO, in fact a long term shareholder with multi million shares.
According to me, this is a very good deal for both companies.
Don't forget Pascal Hamelin, the actual CEO of Abcourt, was on PRO's board before becoming Abcourt's CEO.
So, it is clear for me that he sees the potential of merging the two companies.
The Courville property has a great future and Mr Hamelin saw that mineral resources of Courville could eventually be processed at Geant Dormant.
Besides that, little exploration has been made on Abcourt's properties over the years and Robert Gagnon has a very good track record to develop projects with little money.
So the relationship between Pascal Hamelin and Robert Gagnon is as important to that deal than the quality of the other assets involved.
I certainly go for it !
