The Company’s St. Laurent project, with an area of 42 square kilometers, is located 160 kilometers (km) northeast of Timmins on the Ontario side of the Quebec border. St. Laurent Project covers approximately 4,170 hectares. Its Montcalm project, with an area of approximately 37.8 square kilometers, is located in Montcalm Township, Ontario, about 60 km northwest of Timmins. These lands are contiguous to and surrounding the past producing Montcalm Ni-Cu-Co-Mine owned by Glencore.
