Yes Mr Robert Gagnon would be a great addition to the PRO ABI merger as a BOD and geologist...
Question  Pro has the option to name a representative on the board.
Will it be Mr Robert Gagnon ?  
What will happen to all board members of PRO.
Will the other BOD  of PRO have to wait for the Abcourt AGM in december to apply for a position
on the ABI board.
Result: i see in the near future most BOD of PRO elected to the BOD of Abcourt.
