ps: reflecting on "two contract dispute matters", maybe one is re jd, so just one fall-out with partners. Or another disgruntled employee perhaps.

As JD mentioned, they are referenced in the financial report. Just to be clear, neither is related to a partner. One is related to a "terminated employee" and the other a dispute over a "finder's fee". They are old news, at least a year old. You can read the same two paragraphs of info on those two disputes in the June 2021 financial statement.
