 I strongly suspect that the the company buyback program for employee incentives has a lot to do with this. Maybe they had that as ammunition all along in case the market reacted as it did after the RS event.

     I belive they are allowed up to 62 million shares pre RS or 2.5 million in today's terms.

  also I think limited to 10% of daily volume..

Please correct if i am wrong with these numbers.

Will it serve as a warning...hopefully as naked shorting should be much more difficult having decreased shares 25 fold.
