RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Merger with Abcourt mines(ABI.v) Well, I do have some credible informations on what is happening.
I read between the lines as well.
Concerning Mr Gagnon, I think that he is very happy with the transaction and that he will play a big role in the new company.
I don't think that Abcourt is paying such a high price for Pershimex. 
The deal is good for both companies.
My guess is that the 5000 tonnes bulk sample will be the beginning of somenthing great for the future development of Courville.
