Its Central District operation is located in East Central Alberta, which is focused on producing oil from multiple, large OOIP pools. Its North area includes Grande Prairie, Clearwater and other properties.

This is a rocket ready to lift off, assuming crude prices remain elevated, the ESG shroud gets lifted a bit, we don't get bought out, and management does not start buying up neighbours.  These are the things that concern me a lot more - remaining a going concern so that the returns continue to flow.

All said, I think the signal has already been given that it will be dividends.

But the most important vote in town right now is probably Murray's, no?


I agree with you about Murray. Given his holdings, I see him as the only threat with the potential to buy out what he doesn't own. He'll block any other attempts
