This may be the chance that those that have been waiting to get back in have been waiting for.
Still yielding over 6% its one of the better, safer plays in the market right now.

How about that Enbridge anyway, it just went below it's 13 week low today. So that's an eight percent drop from it's recent high just the other week - GO ENBRIDGE !
