ProShares Short SmallCap600 T.SBB

Primary Symbol: SBB

The investment seeks daily investment results that correspond to the inverse (-1x) of the daily performance of the S&P SmallCap 600 Index. The fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the funds investment objective. The index is a measure of small-cap company U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

RE:RE:Gold majors printing cash

RE:RE:Gold majors printing cashHey, alwayswrong, Is this "they like their own guys and kitchen tile and countertops" story not the same thing you've posted before? You should stick to no frickin good board. NFG needs more pumping. Who's going to buy nfg when they can buy sbb which is YEARS closer to production, fully funded, all dilution done AND half the market cap?  By the way, what's the alternative to " usually either sells to a major or builds its own mine" ???  Sells to a junior? Builds a mine for somebody else?

SBB might have been a takeout target for a major producer if they didn't commit to building the Goose Mine.

At this point in its life, a junior explorer like SBB usually either sells to a major or builds its own mine. Maybe once SBB finishes building the Goose Mine (SBB is targeting Q1 2025 for its first pour, but I suspect there will be snags and cost overruns that will cause SBB to miss this target date - see SBB PR dated Feb. 8, 2022), majors might take a look at it. If you try and sell in the middle of a build, you likely won't get what you want in terms of a takeout price since majors like to hire their own contractors and engineers, source their own building materials, etc.
