RE:Deal or no deal ?

RE:Deal or no deal ?Yes PRO is undervalued at 0.03c  but so is Abcourt at 0.07c
The share price of Abcourt was 24c in sept 2020  ,  15c june 2021 and 0.09c april 2022 .

Two BOD members of Abcourt  participated in a PP at 10c for an amount of $1.1m in april 2022.

And Abcourt has a mill , producing mine, a zinc-silver mine that can be reopened  and a large  land package.
Discovery and Flordin alone probably has more potential than the courville property.

Yes the merger could be a win-win for both co but i think that Pershimex shareholders has much more to gain than the Abcourt shareholders.

How long can Pershimex survive as a stand alone co.
No revenu and funding is hard to get and for how long will Mr Robert Gagnon continu to
work for free.
Yes the only logical path for Pershimex is a merger.
