RE:RE:RE:OUCH.!Apologies. I was on my way out to a medical appointment this morning and my post was hasty & clumsy.
I had not read the SEDAR filing ( still haven't). Compounding the confusion was that I read my hand held calculator (limited display of decimals) as 2.08 million new shares instead of 20.833m.
Here are/were my assumptions:
Shares o/s: 190 m. Pre market s/p $6. Total amount for new shares $125,000,000. I deemed the remaining amount to represent other kinds of debt instruments based on the press release:
"ATM Program") that would allow the Company to issue and sell up to US$125,000,000 of common shares of the Company from treasury,"
Which yields a dilution of 9.13%.
Lots of other details such as preferred, warrants etc remain to be included.
