Satellos Bioscience Inc. is a Canada-based biotechnology company. The Company is engaged in developing new small molecule therapeutic approaches to improve the treatment of muscle diseases and disorders. It has wholly owned subsidiaries in Australia (Satellos Bioscience Australia Pty Ltd), in Canada (Amphotericin B Technologies, Inc.) and in Delaware, USA (Satellos Bioscience US, Inc.).

and again..investors just wanting out at this point.. kicking myself for not exiting when we had that last bump to 1.20. It really seems like satellos has nothing going on other than hopes and dreams. They are out of money and a nice juicy dilution is imminent to further decimate the sp.
