The index is a measure of small-cap company U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

RE:Penny flippers are pissing Are you planning to sell shares in the next couple of months?  I figure the downside volatility would upset you.  Are you just buy and hold?  Then day-to-day movement is irrelevant.  Are you planning to buy shares?  If so, why would you complain if they are on sale?

PS, we will break below 80 cents USD before the dust starts to settle, so keep some dry powder!!
