Exec comp pretty eye-watering

Exec comp pretty eye-wateringWas thinking of buying the dip, but reconsidering after seeing what management pays itself: $860k and $700k for the top two guys, including cash bonuses last year of $320k and $170k

This seems egregious for a non-producing company. anyone got a sense as to why so high (other than those two guys have the most shares so likely control the board)?
