Is my math right?

Is my math right?Given that YRI is being taken over by GFI, the two should be trading in lockstep with one another, which doesn't appear to be the case.
For instance, GFI now up $.13, while YRI down $.03.

YRI shareholders to get .6 of GFI for every share of YRI
GFI now at $9.92 US and YRI now at $6.73 CDN
So...1,000 shares of YRI = 600 shares of GFI
600 X 9.92 X about 1.3 to convert US to CDN = $7,737 or $7.37/share

Therefore, YRI should be trading at about $7.37....is that correct?
